The hotel is in a nice location, close to shops and the fruits market. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but my wife found them a bit uncomfortable. The service was friendly and attentive, with some tips expected. The dining options could be tastier, and the neighboring hotel had more choices. The building is old but well-maintained.

The hotel's location is wonderful, close to all shops and just a 5-minute walk to the fruits market. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for three ladies shopping, but the building seemed a bit old. The service was cordial and helpful, especially during check-in and checkout, although the insistence on holding our passports was a bit uncomfortable. The dining options were lacking, but the staff were friendly and the central location made it easy to access all the attractions in Mumbai.
